I am moving out in order to live on my own, so we are looking for a CLEAN, quiet, respectful person to take
over my room for 12/1 (lease length negotiable). The room available can be partially furnished (large wardrobe
with drawers and shelves) but with no bed or can be completely unfurnished. The rest of the unit is fully
furnished. This unit has exposed brick walls, brand new kitchen (with dishwasher), shiny hardwood floors in all
rooms but bedrooms (there's carpet in there), washer/dryer in unit and it has plenty of space and sunlight. The
apartment is located in a prime location (right across from Woody's on Hemenway St.) and is within walking
distance to Boylston St, Newbury St, Fenway, etc. The apt is a 5 minute walk from Hynes Convention center T
stop, 3 minutes from Whole Foods, and in an incredibly safe quiet area. The room you will be moving into has a
HUGE closet and plenty of space for a queen sized bed, bureau, desk, shelves etc. You will be moving in with a
23 year old last semester NEU student. She is at school or work for most of the week but likes to watch TV (The
Office, Family Guy, CSI, 24 etc.) at night and goes out most weekend nights. We want someone who is very
responsible, must pay the bills on time, participate in cleaning the apartment on a regular basis, and just
generally do your share in order to be considered a respectful roommate. Thank you!
