Hey, I'm a female SMFA student and I've got a sweet apartment that's an easy walk to Simmons and to the green line E as well as many buses, including the #39.It's 2bedrm w/ an eat-in kitchen, bathroom, living room and in the basement there are laundry facilities and additional storage. It's on the 4th (top) floor and has an awesome view and really good light. I need roommates (preferably women)! One room is about 750/month and the other is about 450/month, sharing with me.
