The Simmons College Call Center answers the main College switchboard and telephone calls for all work order requests for Facilities and Building Services (UNICCO). With the consolidation of the work order system, you can put in a maintenance work order, a furniture request, ask for a recycling bin, or request special cleaning with one phone call.  Below is a list of common work order requests:

  • Light Bulb Replacement
  • Housekeeping Requests
  • Recycling/Trash Disposal
  • Temperature Issues
  • Bed Bunking (residence campus)
  • Leaks
  • Office Furniture Moves
  • Broken Furniture
  • Snow Removal
  • Requests for Shades/Blinds
  • Requests for Hanging Pictures/Bulletin Boards
  • Issues with Vending or Laundry Machines
  • Elevators
