Your Simmons ID
Building Access Changes
Starting Feb. 23, Simmons students, faculty, and staff will need their Simmons ID card to gain access to any academic building after 8:30 PM.

All Simmons College students, faculty and staff should go to the Campus Card Office in the lower level of the
Main Campus Building (E-007) to obtain an ID card. Your ID will be activated for building access. If you
experience any problems with building access, contact the Public Safety Office at 617-521-2289.
If you lose your ID
Should you lose your ID, notify the Campus Card Office immediately at 617-521-2273 (during business hours) or
617-521-1112 (24 hours per day/365 days per year), and your card will be deactivated. You may obtain a
replacement card during business hours. There is a $25.00 fee to replace a lost, stolen, or misplaced card.
If you find your card after reporting it lost, you must present it in person to the Campus Card Office to have it reactivated.
Validating your ID
Each semester for students and each year for faculty and staff members, a new validation sticker will
be available for pickup in Student Financial Services or the Campus Card Office after you have
cleared your account with Student Financial Services. Affix this sticker to the back of your ID card to
validate your card for the coming academic period. Cards without current validation stickers may not be honored
at the parking lot, Sports Center, Library or other services.
Employee Convenience Copiers
Copiers are available in the Copy&Mail Center and other locations throughout the campus
for employee use. To activate your card, please have your department chair or director email fenwaycard@simmons.edu with authorization and provide the budget numbers
the ID is allowed to charge copies to.
The Campus Card System
Students, faculty and staff may enjoy the benefits of the Campus Card system with their Simmons ID Card. By
pre-paying for services, you may use your ID card in place of cash, checks and credit cards on campus. Simply
set up a Fenway Cash account, add Fenway Cash, and swipe your card to pay for items at the Fens Café,
Java City, Quadside Café and Convenience, Myers Cafe, the Bookstore, vending machines, laundry machines,
public copiers, the Copy Center and more. Click here to
