Parking at Simmons College
Fall 2009 Parking Application Requirements
Effective Fall 2009, only full and part-time students are required to complete a parking application due Friday, August 28, 2009. In a change of process this year, employees who are current monthly permit holders do not need to re-apply for parking for the coming year. Monthly employee parking permits will remain valid through payroll deduction and employees will continue to access the garage using the Simmons ID card.
Current parking information is detailed on our student parking and employee parking pages. Since parking is a scarce resource, not only at Simmons but also in the Longwood Medical Area, we encourage the community to investigate and choose alternate commuting options whenever available, and we thank those already choosing alternative options. Be sure to check out the train and bus options, our MBTA pass discounts, and commuter alternatives. Additional information is listed below.
