Parking Refunds
Refunds for Unused Parking
Permits
To apply for a refund, please return your permit, and any issued access cards, to the Campus Card Office. Upon receipt of the permit, refunds are prorated based on the number of weeks remaining in the semester.
2005-2006 Parking Coupons
You may apply for a refund of any unused day or evening parking coupons within one year after the end of an academic year (August 31) by emailing commute@simmons.edu and providing the following information:
- name
- ID number
- mailing address
Refunds will only be issued for coupons that have not been used to enter the parking lot. Please allow two to three weeks for the refund check to arrive in the mail.
