Parking Refunds
Refunds for Unused Parking
ParkingCash, semester, and monthly permit refunds are available by request from the Campus Card Office. A $15 minimum balance is required to process a parking refund. Semester and Monthly permit refunds are prorated based on the number of weeks remaining on the active permit at the time of processing. Parking refunds are issued by check and require 3-4 weeks for processing.
To apply for a refund, please email commute@simmons.edu with your name, ID number, and mailing address.
