Residential Parking

Visitors

Visitors have several parking options near the Main Residential Campus.

Temporary 15 minute visitor parking is available at several spots in the Smith Parking Lot on Palace Road. Please note that the 15 minute limit is strictly enforced to ensure that other arriving visitors can be accommodated.

Metered street parking is available on Brookline Avenue. Several two hour parking spaces are available on Pilgrim Road. Please be sure to follow any rules listed on the street meters and street signs to avoid being ticketed or towed by the city.

Longer parking is available at the many private garages in the Longwood Medical and Fenway area. While Simmons does not endorse specific businesses, the following garages are close to the residential campus:
