Visitor Parking
Main Academic Campus Parking
The entrance to the Main Campus Parking Garage is located from Avenue Louis Pasteur. The campus parking gate system operates like a private garage, with a ticket dispenser at the entrance for visitors and credit card payment stations at the exit. Departments will issue their approved visitors exit tickets that provide discounted or complimentary parking for certain visitors.
Admissions Visits and Tours
Please contact the Admissions Office for information about arranging parking for admissions visits and campus tours.
Public Rate
Un-validated visitors and visitors with lost entrance or exit parking coupons will pay a flat fee of $50.
Exit Tickets
Two types of exit tickets may be distributed to visitors from authorized departments:
- Discount Exit Tickets (yellow) - allows visitors to pay a discounted visitor rate (see rates below).
- Complimentary Exit Tickets (blue) - distributed by departmental managers, providing visitors with free parking.
Please note that free and discount exit tickets may not be distributed to Simmons students or employees (including voucher employees, consultants, and contractors).

Event Parking requests must be placed for any gathering, including meetings, of 5 or more vehicles. These tickets should be distributed to the specific event participants only.
General Departmental Tickets are requested by the Parking Coordinator of your department, who will distribute to individual visitors. These tickets are not intended to be used for events of 5 or more participants. Please request Event Parking in this case.
Departments without a parking coordinator should email parking@simmons.edu to designate a point person responsible for ordering and tracking exit tickets.
