These five group sessions are designed to transform how we define, direct and manage our career/life in Second Adulthood. We are at a pivotal time faced with challenging questions, choices and decisions with no roadmap to follow. Participants engage in a group and self-management process that aligns personal and career goals with viable options for Career Health.
Please RSVP no later than September 21 as the course requires a minimum enrollment in order to run the 5 in-classroom sessions. The mission of our 5th annual IBC is to encourage tomorrow's leaders to boldly pursue their career goals. By exposing them to a vast range of industries and a wide network of professionals, we will help participants redefine their conception of business by introducing them to a variety of opportunities and by highlighting the importance of corporate social responsibility.
Who Should Attend: Dynamic undergraduate women with an interest in business: The convention welcomes both the young student looking at careers in business for the first time,and the seasoned upperclassman ready to dig deeper and gain industry-specific skills. All that is needed is an interest in business and an enthusiasm for learning!

All Colleges of the Fenway students are invited to the 2nd Annual Green Networking & Careers Fair. Students will join representatives from non-governmental agencies, state and local governmental agencies, green businesses, and educational institutions to network and discuss opportunities in the workplace for green internships and jobs. The event includes a panel discussion on green careers and exhibitor tables staffed by attending employers in such fields as Alternative Energy, Biodiversity, Environmental and Habitat Protection, Environmental Policy, Green Architecture and Design, Political Action, Sustainable Development, and more.

The Graduating Senior Internship program has been ongoing for the past eight years at Northwestern, and now it is your chance to join. The position will run from January-June, 2010 and will be located in Northwestern's Quincy, MA office. Upon graduation, a career awaits the strongest interns, beginning with a formal, paid training program and leading to full-time employment opportunities.

This year, the Massachusetts Conference for Women and Tory Johnson, CEO of Women For Hire and workplace contributor on ABC's "Good Morning America," present the ReWork Career Fair, an opportunity for women to take their careers to the next level. With power sessions on negotiation, branding, networking and social media, the career fair provides women the tools and training necessary to strengthen skill sets, land promotions and secure higher salaries. In addition to hosting local and national employers and recruiters with current employment opportunities in Massachusetts, the career fair will offer resume critiquing and tips on navigating the current job market. The career fair will be held during the conference and is free to all registered conference attendees.
