Meet individually in a confidential setting with a health educator to assess your needs in the areas of stress and time management, alcohol and drug use, smoking cessation, nutrition, improving communication with friends and family, prevention of relationship violence, sexual assault risk management, safe sex, and leave with a personal plan.

Nutrition Counseling

Meet individually in a confidential setting with a staff nutritionist to assess nutritional needs regarding eating issues, meal planning, or weight management, and leave with a personal plan.
