Graduate/Dix Housing
New Graduate & Dix Scholar Housing- Graduate and Dix Scholar housing is very limited on the residence campus. If you are interested in obtaining Graduate or Dix scholar housing for 2008-2009 we recommend you contact our office as soon as possible to be placed on the waitlist. A deposit of $250 is necessary to secure a room. Rooms will be assigned in the order of the date of when the deposit was received. Send deposit checks to: 300 The Fenway

Costs and Fees

Costs listed are set by Student Financial Services and can be met via check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Cash can be accepted only at the Cashier window. Housing Options
Back Bay Manor is a new housing option that we are offering our graduate students on the housing waitlist and currently housed in North. Simmons currently leases several apartments at Back Bay Manor, an apartment complex located ¼ mile from the Main Campus Building. These fully furnished apartments are set up as four person suites. Residents live in a double occupancy room within the apartment with a roommate. Back Bay Manor apartments feature a full kitchen, living space, balcony, and 1 ½ baths. We will be leasing the apartments based on expressed interest and in deposit order.
North Hall exclusively houses Graduate students. The building was renovated in 2000 and holds 67 single occupancy rooms. Each room is equiped with ethernet and cable access. A spacious living room area and full kitchen are available as common spaces to North Hall residents. The building has five floors. The top two floors are single sex female floors while the other floors are co-ed with shared bathrooms. North Hall does not have an elevator, please consider this and plan accordingly. -
South Hall is a wellness comunity. Graduate students and Dix scholars can be housed in the single rooms on the fifth floor of this building in the case of overflow housing. South Hall features laundry facilities, a large living room, piano, fireplace, study rooms, TV, and vending machines. South Hall does not have an elevator, please consider this and plan accordingly.
