In an effort to optimize the WebCT server, on Wed., Nov. 3 at 3:00 PM, Technology will be making a backup of all courses on WebCT and will be deleting live versions of courses that were taught before Spring 2004. This means that you will no longer have access to materials, discussion board postings, quiz results, etc. in any official course that you taught or took before Spring 2004, so please go in and download any necessary materials before Wed., Nov. 3 at 3:00 PM. This does not impact clubs, organizations, or other special courses using WebCT, since those courses are ongoing and happen year-round.

If you still need active access to a course taught before Spring 2004 for any reason, please email the course number and name, as well as the reason for needing access to webct@simmons.edu by Wed., Nov. 3 at 3:00 PM, and we will not delete the course from the WebCT Server. Please email any questions to webct@simmons.edu.
