Residence Campus network issues

For the last few days we have been experiencing network issues on the Residence Campus. The tools we normally use to find the cause of such problems have failed to pinpoint the source.

Symptoms for computer users on the Residence Campus include slow internet connections and occasionally entirely losing connectivity.

We are working with our vendors to resolve the issue.

The next email update will be an announcement when service has been fully restored. The status message will be updated approximately every 15 minutes throughout this disruption.
