Residence Campus Network issues: resolved

Technology believes that the network issues on the Residence Campus have been resolved. If your computer is unable to connect to the Internet, or you are unable to log into a Residence Hall lab computer, please reboot the computer and try again. If it fails again, please call the Help Desk (617-521-2222, option 8) and report the issue.

The cause of the issues on the Residence Campus was old network equipment we had scheduled to be replaced early this summer. We rescheduled for this week and finished replacing the devices in the last two residence halls (North and Evans) this afternoon.

All Simmons technology services are operating normally.
