This is a reminder about the changes to printing in public spaces, like the library and labs.
In order to be environmentally responsible and to improve service at public printers, this fall the College will install duplex printers (double-sided printing) in the Library Information Commons and will place a limit on the amount of free printing available at public printers.
Faculty, staff and students will be allotted a print quota of 350 free pages at the start of each semester, with a bonus of 50 pages to allow for possible misprints.
Student workers or teacher’s assistants who, as part of their work, need to use a public printer, should use a Departmental Copy Card, which the department can obtain from the Campus Card Office in E-007.
