This is a Alert from Technology at Simmons College.
Beginning Tuesday morning, September 6, people were unable to print from general access computers on the 2nd floor of the main campus library. Staff from the Campus Card office resolved the issue late Tuesday night. The issue was caused by a security-related password change.
As of 7 am Wednesday, September 7, all printing services were operating normally.
If you experience difficulty printing from a general access computer in the library, please go to the Information Commons Technology Desk on the 2nd floor. For issues with any other Simmons computer, please call the Help Desk at 617-521-2222.
