Printing services restored

This is an alert from Technology at Simmons College.

On Monday, September 12, users were unable to print to networked office printers until approximately 10:15 am. The issue was caused by Microsoft updates that were applied to the print server on Sunday night. The updates were removed from the server, and all printing services have been restored.

If you are experiencing any difficulty with your network printer, please call the Help Desk at 617-521-2222, option 8 and report the issue.
