This is an alert from Technology at Simmons College.
Some off-campus users are unable to reach Simmons web sites and services, or are only able to reach them sporadically. This is a result of a dispute between two Internet Service Providers (ISP). On October 5, 2005, Level 3 Communications, terminated its network "peering" connection with Cogent Communications, one of Simmons ISPs.
