SOAR Interruptions

We wish to apologize for the difficulties with SOAR over the last two days. Technology will be implementing changes to the SOAR settings at 1:45 this afternoon to address the problem.

This will require that SOAR be taken offline for 15 minutes. Technology will continue to investigate and monitor the situation, but we believe that SOAR service will be improved once the setting changes are made.

However, if after 2 p.m. today you experience problems with SOAR, please contact the Help Desk at x2222.
