Because of the Library move to the new building on Wednesday, May 17, some Technology services (listed below) will be restricted on May 17.
Help Desk
Help Desk service levels will be reduced on Wednesday. If you have an urgent issue, please call 617-521-2222, option 8, and a staff member will take the necessary information and alert a technician. The Help Desk will resume regular service at 8:30 am, Thursday, May 18.
Information Commons Technology Desk
The Technology Desk on the 2nd floor of the library will be closed on May 17. Service will resume when the Library opens at 8:30 am, Thursday, May 18, in the new building.
