Simmons voicemail system will be unavailable on Friday May 26th from 6pm to 7pm, as we transition to our new voicemail system, CallPilot. During this time, users will not be able to access stored messages, and incoming calls that are not answered by a person will also not go to voicemail. Automated information lines will also be unavailable.
Once the transition is complete, Simmons new voicemail system will be in place and will operate much the same as the previous system. All previously stored messages will be available. Key commands and menus within the voicemail system will operate as they have with the current voicemail system. Instructions for use of voicemail at Simmons can be found at:
