As of the afternoon of October 3, all cable television service on the residence campus has been restored. Residents should have access to the same channel line up they had before the Bartol Hall fire, in the range of channels 2-79.
If you find your service has not been restored, please notify the Help Desk (helpdesk@simmons.edu, or 617-521-2222, option 8). We will be able to help you more quickly if you provide detailed information, including your hall name, room number, your contact information, and exactly what the difference is between service before September 19 and after October 3.
