As the first day of school quickly approaches, the Help Desk, like every other Simmons area, is busy preparing for the fall semester. We are currently fully-staffed and working at capacity. If you have a technical issue, please call (617-521-2222) or send email (helpdesk@simmons.edu): we will address your issue but it may take a little longer than usual. If your issue prevents you from getting your own work done, please make that clear and we will help you as soon as we can.
It may be interesting to know what the Help Desk has been up to. Staff are putting the finishing touches on over 600 computers (general access, classroom, and Technology and departmental labs), making sure each one has all of the Simmons standard software, and the academic applications that faculty and staff have requested.
