Faculty/staff office printers are printing properly

We believe that all printers in faculty and staff offices are now printing properly.
Starting this morning, Tuesday, December 4, some Simmons office printers began responding erratically to print requests. Technology staff have fixed the problem, and the Help Desk has responded to all calls and email messages received regarding the printing issues.
All Simmons technology services are operating normally. If you believe otherwise, please call the Help Desk at extension 2222 and select option 8 to speak with a technician.
