Mac Antivirus: Download and Install Sophos Anti-Virus

1. Click here to download the Sophos Installer.
2. Locate the file you just downloaded, then double-click the Sophos_Anti-Virus.mpkg icon. The installer window opens. A dialog box appears asking whether the Installer may run another program. Click Continue.
   
3. The Welcome screen appears. Click Continue.
4. The next screen provides information about Sophos Anti-Virus, and recent changes that have been made. Click Continue.
   
5. The installer then asks for a destination location. Click Continue.
   
6. Now confirm that you are ready to install the software with its current settings. Click Install.
   
7. A window appears, asking for your administrator's name and password. Type your username and password, and click OK.
   
8. The installation begins. When the installation is done the installer then optimizes your computer's performance. This will take a few minutes.
9. When the software has been fully installed and your computer's performance has been optimized, the final window appears. Click Close to finish the installation.
