IMP WebMail vs. old WebMail

  • Attachments: After you enter the location of your attachment (or browse your computer for it), you must click Attach. If you don't do this, your attachment will not actually be linked to the message, so it will not be sent.

  • Drafts: If you save a message draft and want to continue editing it, browse to your drafts folder. Locate the message you want to edit and open it. The message will appear in a non-editable format; you must click Resume at the top of the message in order to open an editable window.

  • Address book: If you want to be able to add an address with just one click, as you could with the old WebMail system, follow these instructions.

    1. From the main menu bar along the top, click Options.
    2. Click Addressbooks
    3. At the bottom of the page, select "My Addressbook" under "Choose the addressbook to use when adding addresses."

Now when you have a message open, a small green book will appear next to the addresses. Click the green book, and the address will automatically be stored in your addressbook.
