Key Server Software Reservation Form

If you intend to use a "key served" application during your class, whether only at the instructor's workstation or at all student stations, please submit this form to ensure the licenses will be reserved for your use during class. Please submit this form at least 5 business days before you intend to use the software during a class or event. You may submit the form online, or send a paper copy to Susan Lees, Help Desk, P310.
