Software in Labs/Classrooms

Computers in all classrooms, general access spaces (except Express Web Stations) and Technology Computer Labs, and most of the computers in Departmental Computer labs have at least the software listed below installed.

Version numbers are for the 2008-09 school year. Some versions will be incremented, and, based on faculty requests, software will be removed or added for 2009-10 when we "re-image" machines over the summer. By request from faculty, the software below was added to 2008-2009 classroom and lab computers. In addition, many specific labs have additional software installed. Only Technology staff can install software on general access computers and in Technology Computer Lab. If you want any software, including what is listed below, installed for 2009-2010 please fill out a Software Installation Request form.
If no one requests the software below for 2009-2010, it will not be installed; requests will be due in late May or early June 2009.
