Advertise Your Events on the MDS

The Message Display System (MDS) is network of television monitors stationed throughout campus that allows for the broadcast of a looping Power Point presentation advertising Simmons College news & events.

Messages can be posted on the Electronic Message Boards by completing the Message Display Request Form.  Electronic Message Boards are currently visible in the Main College Building Lobby, Second Floor, Lower Commons, Student Activities, in the Library, and in Park Science building lobby.

Any function or special event of interest to the Simmons College Community may be posted. 

General Policies:

  • The Message Display System is updated once every morning. The earliest a message can be posted is the morning immediately following receipt of this form.
  • Any function or special event of interest to the Simmons College Community will be posted.
  • Media Services reserves the right to edit without notice any message or announcement for clarity and brevity.
  • We encourage you to submit your own files for us to post directly. The MDS uses Powerpoint slides (.ppt files). We can also accept JPEG and PNG image files. We cannot accept any other file formats.
