Event Services

Technology Media Services staff, located in Palace Road P108, are available to assist you with planning for your technology / audio-visual needs for your special event or conference.

Early notification for conferences and special events is essential for a successful presentation. The deadlines for event requests are:

• 7 business days (M-Th) notice for a weekday event
• 10 business days (M-Th) notice for weekend or holiday event

Training sessions on basic technologies can be arranged through Media Services (617-521-2765).
