Karen Chase
Manager of Media Services
Karen is responsible for all of Media Services. If you or your department has a question or concern about Media Services, please call Karen at 617-521-2766.

Amy Conway
Media Support Specialist (Evening and Weekend Operations)
Amy is responsible for scheduling and coordinating evening and weekend media equipment deliveries. If you have a question about any aspect of Media Services, ask Amy (617-521-2715) and she will direct you to the appropriate staff member.

Erin Dalbec
Media Support Specialist (Events)
Erin guides faculty, staff, students and outside guests through the process of planning events from start to finish. If you are coordinating an event or meeting and think you may need media equipment or technical assistance contact Erin at 617-521-2737.

Thomas Dunbar
Media Support Specialist (Events)
Thomas assists Erin in planning for event support, and provides support during events.  He also manages the office during evenings and weekends, and coordinates media equipment delivery.  Thomas serves as a resource on all aspects of Media Services during evening and weekend hours.  To contact Thomas, call 617-521-2716.

User Services Support Specialist (SOM and General Access Computing)
While not a member of the Media Services staff, Ryan oversees all a/v support for the School of Management.
