Web Services Master Plan
Adoption of a Content Management System (CMS, see below) was the first step in our Master Plan for Web Services, a multi-year plan to enhance the technological web services infrastructure, to integrate diverse systems on campus in order to share and access information more efficiently and to deepen the capabilities of the web team to support and extend web services as needed in the coming years.
We are pleased that the Davis Educational Foundation recently awarded Simmons a substantial grant in support of the Master Plan for Web Services. We are actively working to implement Phase I of the plan and will post more details here in the near future on our progress.
