SOM Media Services Updates - May 20

SOM Technology is hiring for the Summer semester!
Weekday morning, afternoon and evening shifts available starting at the end of April. Job responsibilities include: Supporting daily operations of the SOM Computer Lab as well as assisting with classroom media. Experience is not required, but we are looking for people that feel comfortable with technology. We’ll provide training.

Anyone interested should contact Bill Porter at 617.521.3852 or stop by the lab for an application. He can answer any questions about the job and provide an application to anyone who may be interested.

New Study room printer:
We now have a new CS Printer setup in study room 3D in 419. It is the default printer for all 3rd and 4th floor study rooms. You may also still print to the lab, just be sure to select the printer you need from the drop down menu.

Lab Hours:
The lab is open: Monday - Saturday 7am-11pm, Sunday 7am-7pm
The lab is staffed Monday - Thursday 8 - 9am & 11:30 - 6:30pm, ridays 8am - 12pm

If you need assistance and a lab staff is not available please call the Helpdesk at x2222

Reminder:
Food, drinks and cell phones are NOT allowed in the computer lab, sorry. This rule will be enforced by lab staff.
