Times are available throughout the day. As always feel free to come by for any help you need using the databases and finding answers to homework questions and more…

The library is looking for Part-time Graduate Student Library Assistants. Day/Evening/Weekend hours are available. If interested, please contact Kathy Berger, SOM Assistant Librarian, at 617-521-3847 or e-mail kathleen.berger@simmons.edu for an application.

New Students – Space is still available to sign up for a quick tour of the library. Learn how to get a book from another library, where to find “reserve” copies of class textbooks, where to find a quiet place to study, how to search various databases and much more… Tours will last about 20 minutes and will be given during the following times:

Thursday, September 22 – 11:15 am
Wednesday, September 28 – 11:15 pm
Thursday, September 29 – 11:15 am
Tuesday, October 4 – 5:15 pm
Wednesday, October 5 – 5:15 pm

The sign-up sheets for the tours are at the circulation desk. Space is limited, so please sign up soon. If these times are not convenient, please stop by the library whenever you have the chance and we will be happy to show you around.

Reminder: Books may only be checked out when the library is staffed. Reserve books may only be checked out for two hours.

Reminder: Please use your cell phone outside of the library as a courtesy to your fellow students.
