NOTE FROM MARY D.
One more week!! As I talk to students it is clear that the end of the semester pressure is on full speed ahead. Day students have deliverables due in 8 of the next 10 days. Night students have work plus final exams and projects in all courses. Everyone is searching for that last adrenaline push to get them to next Friday. The good news is that even through all the work, people are still smiling and trying as hard as possible to manage all they have to do. Hang in there, it is the toughest time of the semester because of the holidays, the end of the fiscal year for many students at work, and the fact that you are getting a bit tired. I think you are all doing a great job and am amazed at how much you are each juggling. One more week and you will get a well deserved vacation!!
