Political correctness has reset standards for civility and respect in people’s day to day interactions. Robin will offer the five principles for healthy resolution of the tensions that commonly arise over differences. To gain familiarity with the process that enables managers and employees to understand and address diversity-related tensions in the workplace. All are welcome - faculty, staff, and students.
