Panel 1 - Birth, Growth and Staying Alive

How do you get started as an entrepreneur? What do you need to keep going? What threatens your newborn business – and what helps it grow? What’s most important: money, stamina, focus? This panel features women business owners who confront these issues on a daily basis.

This panel will explore entrepreneurship and innovation in more established firms. Once your company is established, how do you keep it entrepreneurial and stop it becoming too bureaucratic? Is it even possible to maintain the start up spirit? What are the challenges of being entrepreneurial in large organizations?
