The Center for Gender in Organizations announces the Spring 2007 Distinguished Scholar Speakers Series, hosted by Dr. Joyce Fletcher, CGO’s first Distinguished Scholar.

The world has changed and today’s work/personal life issues are very different from previous generations. But many of us keep trying to fit the new world into old boxes. Researcher and author Lotte Bailyn will present and give us an opportunity to apply a new approach to workplace flexibility, based on 15 years of on-going research and experimentation in Fortune 500 companies.
