The YMCA International Learning Center

The YMCA International Learning Center (ILC) provides ESL classes to Boston’s immigrant and refugee community. The ILC recently received a $150,000 grant to disperse scholarship funds to these ESL students. ILC is looking for student(s) to put together a plan that outlines the criteria and steps to apply for the scholarship.
