It is common to assume all the hard work is over. Think again. The first ninety days on a new job can be a very vulnerable time while also a time of great opportunity.
Join a panel of SOM alumnae who have graciously agreed to share insights into what worked and what didn’t as they embarked on their new jobs. Learn some important tips and strategies for making a successful transition and positioning yourself for the future. Additional guests may join us, and so far here is a sampling.
