MBA Office Updates As promised, the student services satisfaction survey for all students and the exit survey for students finishing up this August have been sent to you and we would love it if you complete them. As I said last week, the student services satisfaction survey is our internal report card of what is working, what is not, and where we can improve. It is really important and won’t take you a ton of time to complete!! Equally important is the exit survey if you are finishing, so that we get some macro feedback on the MBA program in a goal of continuous improvement! I watched the BGGE presentations last night and continue to love to watch each of you in action!! You would have been impressed with your classmates last night as they were definitely ready!! It is a weird time of the semester though as Monday marks the last MBA class for a bunch of you, but many students still have the QA and Accounting finals ahead and 3 electives are yet to finish. I found this quote that I hope motivates students still with big deliverables ahead and celebrates the end of BGGE and Strategy! Mary D “One of the great undiscovered joys of life comes from doing everything one attempts to the best of one's ability. There is a special sense of satisfaction, a pride in surveying such a work, a work which is rounded, full, exact, complete in its parts, which the superficial person who leaves his or her work in a slovenly, slipshod, half-finished condition, can never know. It is this conscientious completeness which turns any work into art. The smallest task, well done, becomes a miracle of achievement.”-- Og Mandino
BGGE, Market Research and Strategy are finished!! Internship Meeting, Tuesday, August 4, 6-8pm QA Review, Saturday, August 8, 10-12noon Students Finishing Their Degree Requirements in August Ballots for student speaker and Pat Miller award closed today. We got great participation, thank you!! Mary D would love to meet study groups or individuals to do exit interviews with you if you have any interest in further conversations about your MBA experience.
