Meeting Maker
Meeting Maker is the electronic calendar that allows you to keep track of your own appointments, share your calendar with Simmons faculty and staff whom you designate, and set up meetings with others using the system. All Simmons faculty and staff automatically have Meeting Maker accounts: username and passwords are the same as for email. Meeting Maker is the Simmons standard tool for sharing people's calendar information. Room schedules are kept in Resource 25.There are two ways of accessing Meeting Maker: through the client software already installed on your computer, or through a web browser (http://meetingmaker.simmons.edu/). The client software has a few more features. To request handheld synchronization or a departmental calendar, please contact the Help Desk (617-521-2222). To sign up for a Meeting Maker demonstration, please see PTRC Training.

- About the Web client
[Note: Although the specific steps may be slightly different, most of the tips above apply to the web client versions as well. Just bear in mind that all commands require following links, not choosing from menus at the top of the screen; when following the instructions above, look for a link along the left-hand navigation instead of a menu item.] - Synchronizing with a handheld device or smart phone
