Event Services

Technology Media Services staff, located in Palace Road P108, are available to assist you with planning, producing and presenting a variety of media for your special event or conference. From supplying equipment such as microphones, projectors, or VCRs, to designing and integrating slides, videos, computer-generated graphics and more into your presentation, our professional staff will work with you to ensure your media needs are met.

Early notification for conferences and special events is essential for a successful presentation. Training sessions on our advanced, high tech presentation classrooms and satellite teleconferences can also be arranged through Media Services (617-521-2765).
