Media/Equipment For One or More Dates

Do not use the online request form for equipment needed in fewer than three days. Instead please call 617-521-2765.

Please use this form to request equipment and non-print media (including videos and DVDs) for one or more dates. If you are teaching more than one course or running more than one event, please complete a form for each separate course or event. For a semester-long booking for one class, please use the Semester Long Equipment Request Form. Media will provide for single class or event bookings placed 3 days in advance. Media will prioritize requests in the order they are received. Academic requests are given precedence.
